Customs Account Analyst, Intermediate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers
• Handle customs clearance queries, including reject notices, eManifest errors, and RMD corrections
• Prepare customs documentation, complete entries, and manage invoicing
• Conduct tariff research and classification for import and export data entry
• Accurately complete final invoicing of customs entries to CBSA within required timeframes
• Maintain a well-organized calendar to balance tasks and meetings in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics
• Basic knowledge of FTA and PGA
• Intermediate knowledge of the LVS program
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook)
• Valid Passport and willingness to travel occasionally to other locations in Canada, USA, or Mexico
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete complex entries
