Customized Solution Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide professional technical solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Communicate with customer centers regarding technical proposals, pricing, and project timing.
• Design special components based on existing models, ensuring all qualification and safety requests are met.
• Release Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical drawings for special orders.
• Complete professional documentation for each customized order.
• Follow up on special orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the customer solution team regarding parts orders and production timing plans.
• Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with customer centers.
• Execute "Design Notifications" according to established DN procedures.
• Perform short business trips as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product engineer.
• Proven experience working within an engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics and electricity.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and PLM systems.
• Native Mandarin speaker with good English oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and work effectively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or background in the compressor industry.
