About the role

Responsibilities

  • Set up AV systems including Teams, Zoom, microphones, and slide connections for briefings
  • Perform slide checks and ensure full AV readiness for all executive briefings
  • Create and personalize welcome templates in alignment with Customer Experience guidance
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT via defined paths
  • Maintain documentation for troubleshooting, accounts, and processes
  • Manage digital touchpoints by uploading new content and keeping showcases up to date
  • Manage inventory by adding new products to the showcase and removing end-of-life products
  • Support the Customer Experience Lead team with event tours and general support

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in a technical, project management, or briefing program role
  • Proficiency in AV setup, troubleshooting, and IT escalation
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of technology solutions portfolios and integration capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with content management and updating digital showcase content
  • Proven ability to handle product installations and inventory management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Strong collaborative skills to work alongside Experience and Solutions Leads
