About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of Enterprise accounts, from sales handover through to renewal.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with HR leaders, executive sponsors, and business stakeholders.
- Establish 12-month Mutual Action Plans and oversee flawless program launches during the critical first 90 days.
- Conduct structured Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to synthesize delivery outcomes and learner data into compelling ROI stories.
- Identify expansion and upsell opportunities by building commercial cases backed by value proof.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Support teams to remove barriers and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
- Proven track record of managing and growing high-stakes B2B Enterprise relationships.
- Strong data fluency with the ability to correlate delivery data with client KPIs to build technical ROI cases.
- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and influencing senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and a commitment to high standards of data hygiene.
- Understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and growth mechanics.
