About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end customer relationship from the final demo phase through the full investment lifecycle.
- Establish and maintain Value Realization Frameworks (VRF) to track ROI commitments, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead executive touchpoints and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) using plan-vs-actual data.
- Partner with sales teams during pre-sale phases to ensure continuity between promised value and delivered outcomes.
- Drive user deployment and adoption in collaboration with Lean Architects and Expert Services teams.
- Monitor account health and proactively identify renewal risks or expansion opportunities.
- Participate in billable advisory engagements including roadmap facilitation and transformation planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software customer success, consulting, or professional services.
- Deep domain expertise in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or advanced manufacturing.
- Technical familiarity with MES, ERP (such as SAP S4/HANA), or MRO systems.
- Proven ability to manage high-level executive relationships (VP/Director level).
- Experience building and managing Value Realization Frameworks or deployment roadmaps.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel 25–35% for customer site visits and workshops.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications such as APICS or AS9100.
- Experience in a billable advisory or business architecture model.
