About the role

About the Company

comstruct turns the paper chaos of construction into structured data. We extract material data from delivery notes and invoices at item level and automate what construction companies still do by hand: documentation, invoice entry, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

  • Own most valuable accounts as the main point of contact and trusted partner after rollout
  • Drive product adoption across construction sites and business units
  • Build ROI models and lead strategic QBRs to prove monetary value to decision makers
  • Identify expansion opportunities and qualify them for Sales
  • Translate customer feedback from the field into product requirements for the engineering team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or Consulting
  • Experience managing complex accounts with multi-layered hierarchies
  • Strong commercial mindset with ability to discuss pricing and defend value
  • Ability to understand and map ERP integrations
  • Native-level German and fluency in English
  • Willingness to work onsite in Munich with occasional customer travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Construction Tech, Supply Chain, or Logistics SaaS
  • Experience in early-stage startups (<50 employees)
