About the role
Responsibilities
- Own customer trust requests end-to-end, including security questionnaires (SIG, CAIQ), DDQs, and RFPs.
- Answer complex AI-trust questions regarding training-data handling, data residency, and AI governance frameworks.
- Maintain the trust portal, evidence repository, and compliance documentation such as SOC 2 and ISO reports.
- Partner with Legal and Information Security to review security addenda and contractual terms.
- Build and automate response libraries to improve turnaround times and quality.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in customer trust, security GRC, security assurance, or third-party risk.
- Experience managing high-stakes B2B relationships with security, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical security and AI-governance controls into clear, customer-ready answers.
- Must be able to work in the office 5 days a week in London.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST frameworks.
- Exposure to AI governance (EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF).
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP.
- Experience with GRC tooling like Vanta, Drata, or SafeBase.
