Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing security engagements and calls with enterprise security and risk teams
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of security questionnaires, due diligence reviews, and third-party risk assessments
• Build and maintain Rogo's response library, including standardized answers and evidence packages
• Manage compliance across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, EU AI Act, UK Cyber Essentials, and GDPR
• Create trust documentation including security whitepapers, architecture overviews, and control narratives
• Identify patterns in customer inquiries to inform the security and compliance roadmap
• Develop scalable workflows and tooling for customer security requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, or customer-facing security roles at a SaaS or cloud-native company
• Strong technical foundation in architecture diagrams, network security, encryption, IAM, and container security
• Proven experience working through security questionnaires and customer due diligence
• Ability to translate complex technical security concepts into clear written and live responses
• Deep understanding of enterprise security expectations regarding cloud infrastructure and data protection
• Highly organized with a bias toward building repeatable processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting financial services customers on security and risk topics
• Exposure to cloud security concepts (GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, IAM)
• Experience with trust automation or questionnaire management platforms
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
• Familiarity with AI-specific compliance (EU AI Act, ISO 42001, model security)
