About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with account teams to draft transformation roadmaps and conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments.
  • Develop detailed integrated change and enablement plans, including business objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Design targeted learning strategies and customer-centric learning experiences to bridge capability gaps.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder engagement plans, including sponsor briefings and champion network meetings.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for various user groups to drive competency development.
  • Monitor adoption rates and deploy targeted interventions such as re-training or 1:1 coaching to ensure continuous usage.
  • Track program KPIs, including usage rates and stakeholder satisfaction, and conduct formal post-program retrospectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience leading end-to-end change management or customer enablement programs in a B2B SaaS or consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing learning and change strategies that achieve measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design (ADDIE) and change-management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR or Prosci).
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical product features into clear, engaging learning content for non-technical users.
  • Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both C-suite sponsors and frontline end-users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the pharma or life sciences industry.
  • Knowledge of SaaS customer onboarding or omnichannel strategy execution.
  • Comfort enabling customers on AI-driven or agentic tools.
