Customer Threat Advisor

Responsibilities

• Own customer threat outcomes by reviewing intelligence findings and identifying high-priority incidents.
• Explain the business impact of cyber threats to CISOs, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly incident triage in collaboration with analysts to prioritize critical and high-severity events.
• Prepare clear, customer-ready summaries of incidents to ensure important threats are not missed.
• Act as a security consultant by investigating issues, simplifying complex threats, and advising customers on the next best actions.
• Track incident lifecycles from reporting to customer acknowledgment and closure.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SOC, security consulting, or technical account management.
• Strong knowledge of threat intelligence, including dark web threats, credential leaks, and brand impersonation.
• Deep understanding of security incidents, infrastructure vulnerabilities, and business risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical analysts and executive leadership.
• An ownership mindset with a proactive approach to investigating and understanding emerging threats.
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly to enhance investigation, summarization, and reporting workflows.
