About the role
Responsibilities
- Book hotels, flights, train tickets, and car rentals for inspectors and auditors
- Compare fares and schedules to find cost-effective and convenient options
- Strategically organize trips to minimize travel time and cost within budget
- Enter booked service costs into the system for clean cost allocation
- Create weekly Purchase Orders (PO) for the finance team
- Evaluate and process travel expense receipts for reimbursement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a similar field
- Fluency in English
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs
