About the role

Responsibilities

  • Book hotels, flights, train tickets, and car rentals for inspectors and auditors
  • Compare fares and schedules to find cost-effective and convenient options
  • Strategically organize trips to minimize travel time and cost within budget
  • Enter booked service costs into the system for clean cost allocation
  • Create weekly Purchase Orders (PO) for the finance team
  • Evaluate and process travel expense receipts for reimbursement

Requirements
