Customer Technical Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead CTS Engineers at Ball facilities within allocated countries
• Provide comprehensive technical support to BPE customers and Technical Key Account Managers
• Coordinate and execute filling line trials at customer sites to evaluate new or modified products
• Handle customer quality issues, including on-site visits, complaint investigations, and root cause communication
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, and internal teams to drive technical improvements and cost-effective product development
• Audit customer filling lines and warehouses to identify issues impacting quality, efficiency, or safety
• Represent Ball in industry or trade bodies for specification reviews and updates

Requirements

• Technical training in Manufacturing or Quality
• Experience in complaint management and project management
• Proven people-leadership skills with the ability to develop others
• Fluent in both English and French
• Strong analytical mindset and organizational capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering degree
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Statistical training
• Industry knowledge in Can and End manufacturing
