Customer Technical Program Manager, Vehicle OS

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing program, defining milestones, scope, risk registers, and dependency maps in alignment with the Statement of Work.
• Drive delivery coordination across engineering organizations, managing cross-team dependencies and competing priorities.
• Serve as the primary interface to customer program leadership and counterpart TPMs regarding schedule, risk, and technical dependencies.
• Operate the full program governance cadence and report program-side KPIs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage program-level issue resolution through structured escalation and triage.
• Partner with onsite teams to ensure seamless integration of products into the customer's vehicle program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience within the automotive industry.
• Hands-on experience working at an OEM or Tier-1 supplier.
• Strong customer-facing presence with the ability to represent the company to director-level and executive stakeholders.
• Technical depth in software vehicle integration to engage credibly with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to set up program structures and processes from scratch in a builder-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with automotive development standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, or AUTOSAR.
• Experience with defect management at scale and severity-based SLA tracking.
• Background in series production programs or Vehicle OS, IVI, or ADAS platform delivery.
• Experience managing the requirements lifecycle, including decomposition, traceability, and change control.
