Responsibilities
- Develop mastery of e-commerce KPIs including CVR, ROAS, AOV, CAC, and CLV
- Translate A/B testing results and statistical analyses into business recommendations
- Own end-to-end client reporting, including performance dashboards and Executive Business Reviews
- Work consultatively with merchants to identify opportunities for conversion funnel optimization
- Educate clients on multi-touch attribution models and incrementality testing
- Serve as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Performance Marketing
- Direct experience in e-commerce, digital marketing technology, or SaaS for retail
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, Affiliate)
- Hands-on experience with analytics platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify Analytics, or Mixpanel
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, SFCC, Magento, or WooCommerce
- Ability to explain complex technical and statistical concepts to non-technical executives
