About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process new orders for vital record requests and payment services
  • Navigate internal tools and references including VPS, VitalChek Intranet, and VitalChek Website
  • Provide accurate information to customers and aim for first-contact resolution
  • Ensure high quality on all calls according to Call Centre monitoring definitions
  • Accurately input required information into the VPS system
  • Meet or exceed all required Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Report technical difficulties, discrepancies, or updates to supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or at least 2 years of completed college education
  • Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work shifting schedules, including Philippine holidays and overtime
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience providing customer support via chat and email
  • Strong communication skills (above average to excellent)
