About the role
Responsibilities
- Process new orders for vital record requests and payment services
- Navigate internal tools and references including VPS, VitalChek Intranet, and VitalChek Website
- Provide accurate information to customers and aim for first-contact resolution
- Ensure high quality on all calls according to Call Centre monitoring definitions
- Accurately input required information into the VPS system
- Meet or exceed all required Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Report technical difficulties, discrepancies, or updates to supervisors in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field or at least 2 years of completed college education
- Minimum of 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work shifting schedules, including Philippine holidays and overtime
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience providing customer support via chat and email
- Strong communication skills (above average to excellent)
