Responsibilities
- Manage inbound support across voice, chat, and email channels
- Own cases end-to-end, including triage, prioritization, and follow-ups
- Partner with Technical Support to resolve complex issues
- Handle escalations calmly and effectively during evening and weekend shifts
- Create and improve documentation such as FAQs and internal playbooks
- Identify patterns in inbound volume to suggest process improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program
- Previous customer-facing experience (hospitality, retail, internships, etc.)
- Excellent, empathetic communication skills
- Structured problem-solving abilities
- High-level comfort with technical topics (apps, devices, logins)
- Reliable availability for rotating evening and weekend shifts
- Fluent German (C2) and solid English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with support tools like Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
