Responsibilities

  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management
  • Act as the first point of contact for questions regarding platform usage
  • Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and success metrics
  • Help identify upselling and cross-selling potential
  • Participate in feedback loops and maintain close communication with the product team

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication, or Media Studies)
  • Passion for supporting customers and taking on responsibility
  • Confident communication skills in German and English
