Responsibilities
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing account management
- Act as the first point of contact for questions regarding platform usage
- Assist in monitoring customer satisfaction and success metrics
- Help identify upselling and cross-selling potential
- Participate in feedback loops and maintain close communication with the product team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communication, or Media Studies)
- Passion for supporting customers and taking on responsibility
- Confident communication skills in German and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial practical experience in startups, product management, customer success, or business development
