Customer Support & Title Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and verify vehicle titles with speed and precision
• Coordinate with DMV offices, dealers, lenders, and customers to resolve title issues and ensure compliance
• Track title statuses and follow up on delays, rejections, or missing documents
• Maintain accurate records within title management systems
• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a solutions-first mindset
• Proactively communicate timelines and updates to customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• 1–2 years of experience in title processing, customer service, automotive, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of DMV processes, state title, and registration requirements
• Experience with title management software or Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
• Multi-state title and registration knowledge
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Notary certification
