About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 omni-channel support via chat, email, phone, and remote sessions
- Act as a product specialist for dental offices using Flex software
- Collaborate internally with support, training, and billing departments
- Coordinate with clients' IT services and third-party providers
- Engage with clients to resolve questions, troubleshooting issues, and software updates
- Work closely with Tier 2 and escalation support representatives to resolve complex issues
Requirements
- Strong ability to multi-task and provide multi-channel support simultaneously
- Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical customer support
- Previous experience working in a high-paced work environment
- Experience managing multi-channel support workflows
