About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a Player-Coach by directly supporting customers and ensuring the team has necessary resources
- Guide and support a team of customer support representatives to foster a collaborative environment
- Monitor key metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
- Enhance efficiency through documentation, quality reviews, and training
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to improve the customer experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of Technical Customer Support experience
- SaaS experience is a plus
- Experience coaching and developing remote teams
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex and escalated issues
- Proficiency with CRMs, help desk platforms, and analytics dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
