About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Player-Coach by directly supporting customers and ensuring the team has necessary resources
  • Guide and support a team of customer support representatives to foster a collaborative environment
  • Monitor key metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
  • Enhance efficiency through documentation, quality reviews, and training
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Technical Customer Support experience
  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • Experience coaching and developing remote teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex and escalated issues
  • Proficiency with CRMs, help desk platforms, and analytics dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
