About the role

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Resolve travel-related issues including booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds
  • Utilize travel booking systems, GDS, and CRM software
  • Provide information regarding travel packages, destinations, and visa requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite issue resolution
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain organized records
  • Identify recurring issues to provide feedback for process improvement
  • Handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to supervisors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in travel or hospitality
  • Proficiency in CRM software and travel booking systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
