About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise in-house personnel, managing recruitment, induction, and implementation for client accounts.
- Develop and execute training plans to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.
- Evaluate the impact of training programs through periodic quality assessments.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and payroll incidents (absences, disability, overtime) for reporting to HR.
- Manage technological equipment and software requests, maintaining strict control over assets located at both Estafeta and client facilities.
- Support the sales force in the operational planning and implementation of new clients and special projects.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative positions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Advanced customer service skills.
