As part of the FUTU group, which holds a top position in Hong Kong's online securities market, moomoo provides financial information and trading services to over 25 million users across seven countries.
Responsibilities
- Handle various customer inquiries regarding system operations, technical issues, and service consultations via chat, email, and phone
- Analyze inquiry trends to create and update FAQs and operational manuals
- Manage data including response history and inquiry volume
- Propose improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with overseas development and operations teams, particularly the headquarters in China, which may require communication in Chinese
Requirements
- 3+ years of OA skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
- Native-level Japanese
- Experience in customer support or customer service (phone, email, chat)
- Basic understanding of or interest in investment and stocks
- Ability to provide polite and accurate responses and handle multitasking
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial industry
- Possession of Sales Representative qualifications (Type 1 or Type 2)
- Willingness to obtain Sales Representative qualifications
- Business-level Chinese for internal and external communication
