As part of the FUTU group, which holds a top position in Hong Kong's online securities market, moomoo provides financial information and trading services to over 25 million users across seven countries.

Responsibilities

  • Handle various customer inquiries regarding system operations, technical issues, and service consultations via chat, email, and phone
  • Analyze inquiry trends to create and update FAQs and operational manuals
  • Manage data including response history and inquiry volume
  • Propose improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with overseas development and operations teams, particularly the headquarters in China, which may require communication in Chinese

Requirements

  • 3+ years of OA skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
  • Native-level Japanese
  • Experience in customer support or customer service (phone, email, chat)
  • Basic understanding of or interest in investment and stocks
  • Ability to provide polite and accurate responses and handle multitasking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial industry
  • Possession of Sales Representative qualifications (Type 1 or Type 2)
  • Willingness to obtain Sales Representative qualifications
  • Business-level Chinese for internal and external communication
