About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for the moomoo online securities platform via chat, email, and phone
- Address inquiries regarding system operations, technical issues, and general service consultations
- Analyze inquiry trends to assist in the development and updating of FAQs and operational manuals
- Manage data including response history and inquiry volume through reporting and data management
- Propose improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with overseas development and operations teams, including the headquarters in China
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with OA skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
- Native-level fluency in Japanese
- Proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles (phone, email, or chat)
- Basic understanding of or interest in investing and the stock market
- Ability to multitask and provide polite, accurate responses to customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial industry
- Possession of Sales Representative qualifications (Type I or Type II) or a strong willingness to obtain them
- Business-level proficiency in Chinese for internal and external communication
