About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for the moomoo online securities platform via chat, email, and phone
  • Address inquiries regarding system operations, technical issues, and general service consultations
  • Analyze inquiry trends to assist in the development and updating of FAQs and operational manuals
  • Manage data including response history and inquiry volume through reporting and data management
  • Propose improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with overseas development and operations teams, including the headquarters in China

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with OA skills (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
  • Native-level fluency in Japanese
  • Proven experience in customer support or client-facing roles (phone, email, or chat)
  • Basic understanding of or interest in investing and the stock market
  • Ability to multitask and provide polite, accurate responses to customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial industry
  • Possession of Sales Representative qualifications (Type I or Type II) or a strong willingness to obtain them
  • Business-level proficiency in Chinese for internal and external communication
