About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries
- Deliver professional and solution-oriented support to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases
- Maintain and update internal systems and customer records
Requirements
- Native or fluent Finnish (C1-C2 level)
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy and ability to multitask
