About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying requirements, determining causes, and explaining solutions to customers.
- Provide sales support by recommending potential products or services based on individual client needs.
- Manage the daily booking process, including processing manual interventions and making amendments to existing bookings.
- Support the account management team with weekly availability checks and general club support duties.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external suppliers through telephone and email.
- Proactively respond to and follow up on sales enquiries.
- Collaborate with the global Customer Success Team on projects and initiatives to support brand growth.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused environment within the technology sector.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and experience with remote support tools.
- Proven experience in call handling, resolving end-user issues, and coaching users on tech products.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Ability to work effectively within a global, collaborative team.
