About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve product and service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining causes
- Select and explain the best solutions to solve problems and follow up to ensure resolution
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats from travelers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
- Native level Norwegian (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Basic computer handling skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- EU Passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer support
- Experience in the travel or tourism industry
