About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve product and service problems by clarifying customer complaints and determining causes
  • Select and explain the best solutions to solve problems and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chats from travelers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements

  • Native level Norwegian (speaking and writing)
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • Basic computer handling skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • EU Passport required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support
  • Experience in the travel or tourism industry
