About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the Miami Campus, managing customer check-ins and responding to visitor queries.
  • Verify documentation, training rosters, and ensure compliance with TSA and audit requirements.
  • Handle urgent schedule and training adjustments for multiple airline customers.
  • Lead VIP and regulatory authority visits to the campus.
  • Manage secure documentation processes involving fingerprinting and sensitive personal information.
  • Coordinate classroom setups, review schedules, and upload student information.
  • Identify and implement areas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support services and document compliance.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment.
  • Proven experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by export control compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work 2nd Shift (10:00 AM – 20:00 PM), Wednesday through Saturday.

  • SEVP experience.
  • Regulatory or compliance experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience implementing process improvements using Lean practices.
  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
