Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image
• Answer user questions regarding setup, product functionality, and administrative topics via phone and email
• Conduct online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to existing customers
• Provide Tier 1 Technical Support for customer inquiries about TeamViewer software
• Determine potential for sales opportunities and forward leads to responsible teams
• Make customer satisfaction calls and participate in customer surveys
• Follow up on outstanding service issues to ensure customer success

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written fluency in Spanish and English
• High School diploma or GED
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software
• High level of IT and technical knowledge with interest in the IT field

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluent Portuguese
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call-center or customer care role
