About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical support to end-users and assist with billing
- Answer user questions regarding setup, product functionality, and administrative tasks via phone and email
- Conduct online demonstrations to explain software functionalities to existing customers
- Identify potential sales opportunities and forward leads to responsible teams
- Perform customer satisfaction calls and participate in service delivery surveys
- Follow up on outstanding service issues to ensure customer success
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume call-center or customer care role
- Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office software
- High level of IT and technical knowledge
- Business level fluency in both Spanish and English
