Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries in day-to-day support queues via chat and email
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to SLAs
- Assist clients and teammates to diagnose root causes and provide clear workarounds
- Identify process optimizations and automation to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Customer Support Managers to streamline and scale support
- Work across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Post-Sales to provide visibility into support context
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or user operations in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills in ambiguous, high-volume environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform operational decisions
- Strong interest in financial and AI markets
