About the role
Responsibilities
- Be the first line of contact for B2B clients across Latin America via chat and e-mail
- Handle Tier 1 support including platform access, password resets, and onboarding guidance
- Maintain low response and resolution times to meet KPIs
- Escalate complex issues to the CSM team with full documentation
- Log recurring issues and customer feedback to improve product and processes
- Contribute to the development of a customer knowledge base
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish (native or C2 level) is mandatory
- Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or high-volume customer-facing roles
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment
- Curiosity about software and willingness to learn platform basics
