  • Work collaboratively with other support specialists to resolve customer questions and issues
  • Document interaction details in Salesforce to inform product improvements
  • Partner with global teams to ensure continuous support availability

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volume
  • Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Interest in financial markets, private equity, or venture capital
