About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer contacts via chat, phone, and email
- Achieve quarterly contact volume and quality goals
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with support specialists to resolve complex questions
- Document all interactions in Salesforce to inform product improvements
- Partner with global teams to ensure continuous support availability
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in an office setting 5 days a week in Singapore
- Authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship
- Interest in financial markets, private equity, or venture capital
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
