Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues
  • Collaborate with support specialists to resolve complex questions
  • Document all interactions in Salesforce to inform product improvements
  • Partner with global teams to ensure continuous support availability

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in an office setting 5 days a week in Singapore
  • Authorized to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship
  • Interest in financial markets, private equity, or venture capital

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
