Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via email and phone promptly and competently
• Perform error analysis and problem-solving, including accurate information and follow-up
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
• Independently process incoming customer requests, including ticket creation for internal organization
• Take responsibility for following up until reported incidents or errors are resolved
• Handle customer inquiries from Germany, Switzerland, and Europe
• Serve as the internal first point of contact for knowledge regarding the operational use of our software

Requirements

• Fluent English and German skills
• Structured and detail-oriented way of working
• Ability to handle a high volume of tasks with high frequency
• Background in finance and/or accounting is an advantage
• Experience handling high volumes of external customer inquiries is an advantage
