About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve product and service issues by investigating customer complaints and determining the best solutions
  • Manage high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats from travelers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and practices
  • Participate in teamwork to achieve relevant results
  • Handle inquiries related to console/web queries

Requirements

  • Native-level Finnish (speaking and writing)
  • Fluent English (B2 level)
  • Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • EU passport required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support
