About the role
Responsibilities
- Resolve product and service issues by investigating customer complaints and determining the best solutions
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls, emails, and chats from travelers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and practices
- Participate in teamwork to achieve relevant results
- Handle inquiries related to console/web queries
Requirements
- Native-level Finnish (speaking and writing)
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- EU passport required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support
