About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer issues and resolutions daily via calls, chats, or emails for the GCC market
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to users, car dealers, and internal teammates
- Handle high volumes of requests and resolve complaints with confidence and ease
- Achieve individual and team KPIs, including CSAT, SVL, and chatbot performance metrics
- Partner with engineering, data, and product teams to provide customer feedback and drive product improvements
- Participate in developing new processes to increase operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven work experience in the Customer Service or Customer Experience (CX) industry
- Fluency in English is required
- Ability to work on-site from our office
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to structure your day to meet targets
