Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with ranchers via chat and phone to resolve issues quickly
• Troubleshoot technical issues using data, tools, and professional judgment
• Partner with technical teams to translate complex issues into actionable steps
• Analyze Support team data to identify patterns and provide insights for improvement
• Collaborate with Field, Onboarding, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring follow-up and resolution
• Manage performance metrics including response times, satisfaction scores, and support quality
• Visit ranches to see Halter technology in action and understand real-world impact

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Deep understanding of the ranching industry
• Ability to learn complex technical systems and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity to dig into root causes
• Ability to remain calm and steady under pressure
• Proactive attitude with a focus on ownership and relationship building
• Proficiency in analyzing data and a willingness to explore AI tools for efficiency

• Experience working in high-growth or technical environments
