About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via telephone, chat, and email in a timely, professional manner
- Respond to inquiries accurately and route appropriate referrals as needed
- Perform administrative functions in core systems including password resets, entering rates, and service requests
- Maintain working knowledge of EquipmentShare products, services, and processes
- Collaborate with co-workers and rental markets to facilitate support requests
- Manage time effectively to meet productivity and service standards
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Working knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task across various programs while providing superior service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
