About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, chat, and email
- Respond to inquiries accurately and within established service standards
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Manage time effectively to ensure productivity and turnaround times
- Maintain knowledge of products, service offerings, and core systems
- Work collaboratively with co-workers to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
- High school diploma required; college degree desired
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Proficiency in English with strong grammar and communication skills
- Working knowledge of G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to multi-task and maneuver through various applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle difficult or upset customers professionally
