  • Collaborate across shifts to maintain continuous service coverage

Requirements

  • Near-native proficiency in French
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to task management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or service coordination
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
