About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to French-speaking customers via phone and email
- Manage service requests and schedule maintenance visits
- Coordinate technician activities and field operations
- Log and track all service cases accurately within internal systems
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless operations
- Collaborate across shifts to maintain continuous service coverage
Requirements
- Near-native proficiency in French
- Intermediate level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to task management
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multinational environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support or service coordination
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
