About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to customers via Live Chat, Email, and Phone
  • Liaise with courier partners and third-party vendors to resolve delivery or technical issues
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in support processes

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior experience in customer support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Technical troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to work onsite in Bangalore (MG Road)
  • Ability to work US collaboration hours (10:00 PM–7:00 AM IST)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS companies
  • Prior experience in E-commerce logistics support
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
