Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for all customer queries via live chat, email, and phone
• Resolve escalated technical issues and own the end-to-end customer experience
• Partner with internal teams to isolate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems
• Propose product improvements and drive changes to enhance the platform
• Develop deep product expertise to help customers navigate various tools and remove technical barriers
• Document issues and replicate bugs for further escalation to engineering teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL
• Experience troubleshooting within a SaaS environment
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics, or Webtrends
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical jargon to various user levels
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
