About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all customer queries via live chat, email, and phone
- Resolve escalated technical issues and own the end-to-end customer experience
- Partner with internal teams to isolate, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems
- Propose product improvements and drive changes to enhance the platform
- Develop deep product expertise to help customers navigate various tools and remove technical barriers
- Document issues and replicate bugs for further escalation to engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
- Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL
- Experience troubleshooting within a SaaS environment
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, IBM Digital Analytics, or Webtrends
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain technical jargon to various user levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
