Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify customer needs and assist with specific features
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions through testing and user impersonation
  • Update internal databases with technical issues and customer discussions
  • Monitor social media for customer complaints and provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and workarounds with the team
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are resolved

Requirements

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role
  • Experience using ticketing software or remote support tools
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle tough cases with patience
  • Availability to work during night time
