About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying requirements, determining causes, and explaining solutions to customers.
  • Provide sales support by recommending products or services based on individual client needs.
  • Manage the daily booking process, including processing bookings that require manual intervention.
  • Assist the account management team with weekly availability checks and general club support duties.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external suppliers via phone and email.
  • Proactively respond to and follow up on sales enquiries.
  • Collaborate with the global Customer Success Team on projects and initiatives to support brand growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-focused environment within the technology sector.
  • Proven experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and remote support tools.
  • Strong call handling skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.
  • Ability to demonstrate a proactive approach with excellent time management and autonomy.
  • Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Technology-savvy with a desire to continually learn new tools and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A strong passion for sports and sports technology.
