About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via Zendesk, WhatsApp, and Telegram
- Assist customers with Tier 1 technical queries and diagnose common issues
- Route non-support matters to appropriate internal departments
- Triage and escalate complex technical issues to Engineering or Technician teams
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service, help desk, or call center environments
- Experience with mining computers for basic troubleshooting
- Proficiency with support software and ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
