About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via Zendesk, WhatsApp, and Telegram
  • Assist customers with Tier 1 technical queries and diagnose common issues
  • Route non-support matters to appropriate internal departments
  • Triage and escalate complex technical issues to Engineering or Technician teams
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, help desk, or call center environments
  • Experience with mining computers for basic troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with support software and ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
