Customer Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer support across email, chat, calls, and internal escalation channels
• Resolve product questions, workflow issues, and configuration needs
• Create support documentation, help center content, macros, and troubleshooting guides
• Triage and escalate customer issues in partnership with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Monitor support metrics including response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction
• Build the initial support operating system, including documentation and self-serve processes
• Translate frontline customer feedback into product and customer success insights

Requirements

• Startup experience in a fast-moving environment
• 2+ years in customer support, customer success, operations, or technical support
• Experience in SaaS, healthtech, AI, or automation preferred
• Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn software deeply
• Excellent written communication skills with a calm, customer-friendly tone
• Proficiency with support tools, CRMs, and documentation software
• Ability to work with healthcare operators and busy operational leaders
