About the role

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal or external teams
  • Recommend appropriate solutions for customer requests, including production scheduling, resourcing, quotes, and invoicing
  • Proactively inform customers on issue status and clarify any doubts to ensure a positive experience
  • Prepare and analyze regular statistics and forecasts using available tools
  • Track regular sales performance against targets and share insights with management

Requirements

  • High School diploma and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Required experience using SAP
  • Strong communication skills to interact with management, vendors, and end customers
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making and teamwork
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Salesforce
