About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer and technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues using critical thinking and support skills
- Multitask using multiple systems to gather order information and respond to inquiries
- Support Sales and Account Managers with customer and dealer relationships
- Communicate procedures and policies while managing expectations
- Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or e-commerce
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle escalated clients calmly
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in luxury goods
- Bilingual in French, Spanish, Italian, or German
